Course Olympic Weightlifting Coach Level 4 – Master Coach (also as online course)

Who should take this course? For anyone who absolved Level 1-2 and Level 3 and intends to use the exercises and the power of Olympic weightlifting and strength training at the highest level. This four-day course will teach you to create training plans from a long-range perspective for athletes. Here we get to the bottom of the practical issues when designing complete and detailed training plans.

Long-Term Planning
Setting realistic goals
Accurate calculation of potential future results with timelines
Development Stages in Olympic Weightlifting
Development of volume and intensity in high performance athletes
Guidelines workout volume per level per week, per exercise
Guidelines maximum and average intensity for the different high performance levels and per exercise per MIC
Loading Steps
Entry levels for high performance athletes per level  with corresponding maximum and average intensity for Juniors (18-20 years) to U23 (21-23 years) and seniors over 23 years
