Who should take this course? For anyone who absolved Level 1-2 and Level 3 and intends to use the exercises and the power of Olympic weightlifting and strength training at the highest level. This course will teach you to create training plans from a long-range perspective for athletes. Here we get to the bottom of the practical issues when designing complete and detailed training plans.
