Who should take this course? Anyone who wants to master the techniques of Olympic Weightlifting , or wishes to instruct herein as practitioners of other sports, personal trainers, strength coaches for other sports, Cross Fitt athletes etc.
Without Milo certificate Level 1 & 2 is admission to Level 3 in some cases possible in consultation with the lecturer.

With this you will learn everything you need to function independently as a trainer coach. Also, you will learn how you can easily adjust programs so that you maintain the basic but can do individually necessary adjustments to eliminate weaknesses.

The Milo coaching education courses are to the point. Our goal is that you can work as an Olympic Weightlifting Coach, or Strength Coach at a high level independently in the shortest possible time.
